Narrative Lectionary

Text: 2 Corinthians 4:1-18; accompanying text: Matt 5:13

Dollar Store Item: Costume of some sort.

The Take Away: “Making Up.” Life means that we fight with one another, and we mess up. It means that there are times that we mess up, and someone tells us about this. But that doesn’t break our friendship. We are called to “reconcile” or “Make Up.” This doesn’t mean we make it up, but we repair a relationship. Not pretending. God forgives us, through Grace, and will always be the first to forgive.
