The Take Away: We draw straws to pick someone, or we roll dice to see whose number comes up, or even play rock, paper, scissors to see who gets to go first. God asks that we make up our minds about God. Are we following God or not?

The best news of it all is that God has said in the waters of baptism, “I choose you! You are mine!!”
